EN 856 4SP is the European four-spiral hose whose ratings step down with size — about 4,450 psi at -10 to 3,190 psi at -20 — rather than holding constant like SAE R12. European OEMs plumb with it; match the spec the machine was built to.

They overlap but rate differently by size — check the circuit pressure against the actual chart for the size in question before substituting either way.
My European machine lists 4SP with DKOS ends — can you build it?
